Inspection includes a 12 hour at your farm inspection in one shot to save you cost in multiple trips. Inspection cost is a flat fee and no overtime charges are added. Inspection includes the following documents listed below. Inspection also includes full grease job and settings of all belts & chains. No time is charged for preparing quote as that is all worked into the flat fee. The technician at your farm will be equipped with all the latest diagnostic software and service information.

Word Document
The word Document comes with a detailed description of each segment reported that correlates to segments quoting on the Excel Sheet. Attached to each segment will be a photo for ease of identification. Every segment will also contain the part numbers of parts needed for corresponding fix.

Excel Sheet Quote
The excel sheet contains each segment that correlates to the segments on the word document (inspection findings). From there, there is break down of labor and parts costs, with suggestions on what is thought of as most important and what is preventative maintenance.

Product Status Report
Attached in the “bundle” email will contain a PSR (product status report) that will contain valuable machine information. Logged and active machine codes are stored along with valuable data that can save money and time if an ECU goes offline. Keep this in your filings for service departments.
